Scott Graham

Scott Graham is a Senior Vice President of Northeast Retirement Services (NRS) and its subsidiary Global Trust Company (GTC). Prior to the role of SVP, Mr. Graham was the Chief Investment Officer of Highland Associates. In the CIO role, he served as chairman of Highland's internal Investment Committee and was responsible for the firm's investment framework. Mr. Graham also served as the lead portfolio manager for Highland's proprietary funds, managing fixed income, global equities, liquid alternatives, hedge funds, and inflation sensitive assets. Prior to his role as CIO, Mr. Graham was a consultant and was the lead on several of Highland's institutional clients. Mr. Graham has extensive investment management experience, including portfolio management, fund design, investment structures, overlay strategies, derivatives, etc. 

Mr. Graham holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Investments from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and is a graduate from Troy University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Mr. Graham is also a CFA charter holder.
