Chris Hulse

After serving as CEO for Global Trust Company-GTC and Northeast Retirement Services (NRS), Chris Hulse is now the Board Chair.  He brings nearly 25 years of senior consulting and executive experience in investment services with a specialty in pension and investment product strategy, process, and systems. 

With extensive leadership and expertise in ERISA, retirement plan accounting, transfer agency, recordkeeping, and fiduciary management matters, Chris has guided GTC/NRS through extensive growth. Under his leadership, the GTC/NRS client base expanded from a regional to a national focus, and services expanded to administer retirement plans, investment trusts, and endowments with assets in excess of $1.3 trillion. Chris is also an officer of Savings Banks Employees Retirement Association and Advisors Charitable Gift Fund. 

Prior to joining GTC/NRS in 2000, Chris was a Partner with KPMG and Managing Director for KPMG Consulting in the Investment Services practice. 

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Bentley University.

Chris lives and works out of the Boston area.
