Diane Murphy

Diane Murphy is the Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Risk Officer for Northeast Retirement Services (NRS) and its subsidiary Global Trust Company (GTC). Ms. Murphy works closely with the Chief Executive officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Development Officer, Investor Services division, and the Institutional Trust Administration division. Her executive responsibilities include the company’s conversion, compliance programs and risk programs. She is also an officer of Savings Banks Employees Retirement Association. Ms. Murphy joined NRS in 2008.

Prior to joining NRS, she was Global Head of Securities RREEF GTO for Deutsche Bank in Chicago. She has also worked for State Street Bank as a Vice President in their Client Technology Integration department, working with several international clients on IT integration and conversion projects. Ms. Murphy has more than 35 years of operations, IT, and executive experience in financial services.

Ms. Murphy is a graduate of Eastern Nazarene College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
